Mama’s are allowed to be fit too!
In fact it helps give us more energy, releases stress, helps boost confidence all while making friends, getting out of the house and enjoying some good laughs! Come join us!
Classes typically are in 6 or 8 week increments and are always a great time! We are building a community where mama’s are allowed to look after their mental and physical health, while still nurturing our children. Babies, toddlers and even older kids are all welcome!
Any and all fitness levels are welcome! Mama’s if your 12 weeks postpartum and you have the clear from your doctor lets get our workout on! Please ensure you ask your doctor about Diastis Recti or any pelvic organ prolapse to ensure we find safe exercises for you. You also get additional at home workouts, healthy recipes and it’s a fun way to feel good about yourself!

We enjoy our workouts outside during the summer and are located at the Parkdale children's park between the hockey arena and the park. Come join us and become a Top Knot Mommy!
